Get promoted! Are you a destination management company who would love to get represented by us? Iris Mertens destination promotion is a sales representation office for DMCs, specialized in outgoing incentive, leisure and FIT groups from Belgium & the Netherlands.

Our cosy little team is always happy to advise you. We’re centrally located in the beautiful city of Mechelen, where we are looking forward to assist you in finding the perfect destination for your clients. Being frequent travelers ourselves, we’d love to inspire you and share our ideas and passion with you.
We want you to get to know our DMCs in person. We aim to get you connected with them, so they can inspire and inform you. This way, you are fully briefed to advise your own clients in the best possible way. Together, we can convince them to choose the perfect fit, and make sure they’ll come back to you for their next request.
Next to our roadshows, we organize at least two events per year as well: one in winter and one in summer. This is the ideal moment to learn something new on an interesting workshop, and have an informal chat with the DMCs, with your peers and with us.

We exclusively work with DMCs who put sustainability first. Travel will always stay important, but we need to focus on how every small change influences the environment. Choose secondary destinations or off the beaten track visits, say no to plastic, empower the local communities or use electric bikes: you name it, we do it.
Qualified by Iris Mertens is a quality label we’ve created for every DMC we work with. We thoroughly screen all licenses, insurances, financial conditions, CSR programmes and sustainability efforts. This way, we guarantee all our partners are professionals, and no financial risks are taken by working with them.
